Apartment Leasing Professional Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced apartment leasing professionals who are dependable, motivated, and customer service-driven. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

• Minimum 6–12 months of apartment leasing experience
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with Yardi, One Site, or similar leasing software
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
• Availability to work weekends as needed
