SUMMARY: This position responds to phone and email trip requests, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Handle Inbound and Outbound calls.
• Respond to member and facility email requests.
• Place customer orders in the computer system.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 40 wpm.
• Work requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Typing assessment required with a minimum 30 wpm speed requirement.
