As a Destination Planning Coordinator, you will assist with organizing accommodations, activities, transportation, and itinerary details based on client preferences.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations and available experiences
• Compare accommodation and transportation options
• Help organize personalized travel itineraries
• Coordinate reservation information and confirmations
• Communicate with clients regarding planning details
• Maintain accurate records and schedules
• Assist with itinerary changes and special requests
