The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled clinician in general gastroenterology, with experience or interest in motility/neurogastroenterology or advanced therapeutic procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal, liver, and nutritional disorders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including dietitians, psychologists, and other specialists—to support holistic patient care.
- Participate in teaching activities, including the education and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Engage in clinical or translational research in pediatric gastroenterology, with opportunities for both collaboration and independent projects.
- Contribute to divisional and departmental service activities.
Qualifications:
- MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree.
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
- Demonstrated expertise or interest in pharmacological management, motility/neurogastroenterology, or advanced therapeutic procedures.
- Strong clinical, teaching, and research skills.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
