The Department of Radiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine‑Jacksonville seeks a Women Imager with proven academic focus at UF Jacksonville Health System at the non‑tenure accruing position rank of assistant level.
Candidate must be a Women’s Imaging Radiologist committed to teaching and providing high‑quality care and service.
Qualifications- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Fellowship trained in Women’s Imaging.
- Must obtain a medical license to practice in Florida.
- Team player and collaborator.
UF Health‑Jacksonville offers state‑of‑the‑art mammography, ultrasound (Hologic, Siemens, GE), AI (iCAD Profound AI), MRI, and image‑guided needle biopsies. Faculty have no overnight nights; evening moonlighting is available.
Over 6,200 faculty and staff support a large clinical campus with academic and research opportunities.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality service in a friendly academic setting.
- Mentor and train residents; program has 7 new residents per year.
- Engage in scholarly activity with research team support.
- Collaborate with breast service line colleagues (clinic, surgery, oncology, pathology) in multidisciplinary meetings.
