An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor’s office and provides optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide high quality optometric care within the practice.
• Work as an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor within a private independent practice.
• Deliver services in a private practice setting with professional autonomy.
• Collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor and office staff to support patient care.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients, with no company-imposed quotas or restrictions described in the posting.
• Flexible scheduling including part-time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule.
• Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment.
• Some offices may offer use of Revolution EHR software and access to tech and pre-testing support; automated online appointment book and patient recall system.

Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications and local minimum wage requirements.
