Interventional Pain Management Physician – Gainesville, FL

As an Interventional Pain Management Physician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized, accessible care to those in need.

Compensation

and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $350,000 – $375,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and continuing education allowances.
  • Salary Guarantee: A guaranteed base salary for the first 1–2 years of employment, allowing for a smooth transition into the practice.
  • Production‑Based Model:
    After the guarantee period, compensation will shift to a production‑based model, providing opportunities for increased earnings based on performance metrics and patient volume.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and consultations to determine appropriate treatment plans for patients with chronic pain conditions.
  • Perform a variety of interventional procedures, including but not limited to:
    • Epidural steroid injections
    • Medial branch blocks
    • Sacroiliac joint injections
    • Spinal cord stimulation
    • Discography
    • Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty
  • Interpret and explain imaging results (X‑rays, CT scans, MRIs) to identify patient conditions and recommend suitable treatments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Maintain an average patient volume of at least 24 patients per day.
Requirements
  • Must be ACGME accredited with a completed fellowship in pain management.
  • Preference for candidates who are boarded in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesiology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
