The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Florida is seeking outstanding, motivated faculty members who are interested in starting/continuing a career in academic physiatry. Due to our rapid growth, we have multiple areas of need including Rehabilitation Hospital Service Coverage, Traumatic Brain Injury/Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, Limb Loss/Amputee, General PM&R Outpatient Clinics, and Inpatient Consults.

• Evaluation and management of patients.
• Teaching residents and medical students.
• Research and scholarly activities.
• Collaboration with faculty and expansion of PM&R Service lines.

Required: MD or DO board eligible/certified physiatrist with strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Preferred: Interests in inpatient and consultative medicine, teaching residents in our residency program, and working in a pre‑eminent academic medical center.

Salary and faculty rank will be commensurate with experience and academic qualifications.
