UF Health Regional Physicians is seeking to hire a Cardiovascular Surgeon, UF Health Regional Physician Network physician to join UF Health in Daytona. Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.

Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.

• Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification.
• Medical Degree - M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent.
• Board certified in the appropriate subspecialty.
• Completion of an accredited residency program.
