UF Health Regional Physicians is seeking to hire a Pain Medicine Physician to join UF Health in Daytona Beach, Florida. UFHealth Physician

Commensurate with education and experience.

Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.

• Board certified in Pain Medicine, Fellowship
• Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification.
