First Presbyterian Church, a PC(USA) congregation in Gainesville, Florida, is searching for a Director of College Ministry to lead, walk alongside, and disciple college students from our region’s colleges in our established College Ministry.

As the Director of College Ministry, you will lead and empower:

• Student-centered worship, small groups, retreats, mission trips, and discipleship pathways
• One-on-one mentoring, pastoral care, and help students navigate faith in college life
• Partnerships with campus ministries, faculty chaplains, neighboring churches, and student groups
• A team of student leaders and volunteers to help carry out the vision

Salary in the mid-$50,000s, commensurate with experience. First Presbyterian Church offers a comprehensive benefits package (e.g., health insurance options, retirement contribution, paid time off, and professional development support).
