Job Description:
The DRC Testing proctors are responsible for following and implementing the DRC Testing Office policies and procedures, proctoring and prepping accommodated exams, maintaining exam security, assisting with student and faculty inquiries, troubleshooting errors, and providing basic clerical support.

Duties include:
- Assist visitors, staff, and faculty with questions or concerns
- Prepare exam materials according to students’ accommodations and instructors’ directions
- Package and return exam materials to faculty members
- Monitor students taking exams at the testing center via CCTV system and direct observation to ensure compliance with the UF Honor Code after training
- Handle high volumes of phone calls and inquiries, providing testing information
- Report violations of the Honor Code to the supervisor
- Proctor exams by seating students appropriately
- Start and stop exams at scheduled times
- Manage the testing database and assist with exam scheduling
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
Compensation: $15/hour
Eligibility: Must receive or be eligible for Federal Work Study
Students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA
Must be in good academic and conduct standing with UF
Commitment: Willing to work 10 hours/week for at least 2 semesters, including during Midterms and Finals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and handling difficult conversations
- Punctuality and reliability
- Experience in an office environment
- Strong communication skills
- Discretion with sensitive information
- Availability during midterms and finals, morning and/or night shifts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
