The Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE) in the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering (HWCOE) at the University of Florida invites applications for multiple full‑time, nine‑month tenure‑track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor. The positions have an anticipated start date of August 2026.

We are especially interested in candidates with expertise in Quantum Computing/Communications/Networking/Signal Processing, Advanced Packaging, Artificial Intelligence, RF Electronics, and MEMS.

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses within the electrical & computer engineering curricula.
• Initiate and sustain externally sponsored research programs.
• Recruit and supervise graduate students.
• Engage in service activities for the university and the profession.

• Ph.D. in a related field by the start date.
• Dedication to excellence in research, teaching, and service.
• Evidence of scholarly achievements and a record of successful grant proposal writing.
• Experience in Ph.D. student mentoring, scholarship, and classroom teaching.

• Special interest in the highlighted areas (Quantum Computing, AI, etc.).

Salary commensurate with education and experience.
