Description:
Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client looking for a Financial Aid Representative to provide advice and counsel about available financial aid opportunities, eligibility requirements and application process for their Gainesville, FL office. Possible temp to hire position.
Schedule: FT, M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: $18.05/hr

Responsibilities:
Provide advice and counsel about available financial aid opportunities, eligibility requirements, the application process and resources in person, over the telephone and through email.Carefully adhere to all guidelines and regulations.Follow department office procedures and processes to address inquiries while thoroughly documenting, both electronically and manually, details for each file.Assess unusual circumstances; review and analyze incomplete or conflicting data to appropriately communicate information.Verify that information provided on various financial aid forms and legal documents is accurate, current and consistent with applicable supporting documentation.Create and supply forms as needed for various financial aid purposes.Receive, log and file documents.Track and report daily activity of office statistics both electronically and manually.Additional duties as needed.Qualifications:
Skills: Experience in data entry.Education: High School.Experience: 1-4 years.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.At least 2 years financial aid experience.3+ years in a customer service role.Excellent customer service.Experience in data entry.Attention to detail and ability to multitask.Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.To Apply:
