Automotive BDC Representative; Call Center Agent

We're seeking a high-energy Automotive BDC Representative to join our team! As a vital member of our Business Development Center, you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing or servicing a vehicle. Your role will be focused on setting quality appointments, following up with internet and phone leads, and helping qualified traffic into the dealership.

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to service prospects
• Respond to all internet leads, inquiries, and follow-ups via phone, text, and email
• Confirm and schedule appointments, ensuring maximum show rates
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM (Drive Centric)
• Work closely with the sales team and managers to pass along qualified opportunities
• Follow dealership scripts and guidelines to ensure brand consistency
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Participate in daily team meetings and performance reviews

• Prior experience in a high-volume call center or BDC is preferred
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Basic computer and CRM navigation skills
• Reliable attendance is non-negotiable
• Available to work full-time, including some evenings and weekends
