The FOCUS Unit is a highly proactive unit focusing on crime suppression and intelligence led policing. Deputies assigned to this unit must have a flexible schedule as shifts will be altered to reflect ongoing actionable criminal intelligence. These Deputies are expected to display a strong skillset in the areas of roadside interviews, street level investigations, intelligence gathering, surveillance, and crime suppression-based proactivity.
