Advanced Clinical Pharmacist BMT Gainesville FL

Position Summary

A leading regional hospital in North Central Florida is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist with expertise in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) , CAR-T , or Transplant Cellular Therapy (TCT) to support its comprehensive oncology program. This is an operational clinical role working closely with the TCT Clinical Pharmacist and broader care team to deliver high-quality medication management for complex cancer therapies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to support TCT, BMT, and CAR-T patients
• Oversee and coordinate medication management of antineoplastic and immunomodulating therapies
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists on therapeutic planning
• Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds and deliver pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultations
• Support organization-wide initiatives focused on oncology quality metrics and best practices
• Perform operational pharmacy tasks, including order verification and oversight of pharmacy technicians

Education & Experience

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
  
  D) from an ACPE-accredited program
• Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP) required
• Recent experience (within the last year) in an acute hospital setting
• Hands-on experience with TCT, CAR-T, or BMT programs
• Active Florida Pharmacist License or eligibility
