- Provide intensive applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center‑based setting, either in the Treatment of Challenging Behavior or Pediatric Feeding Disorders.
- Teach communication, social, and self‑help skills to clients with autism while managing challenging behaviors in a high staff‑to‑client ratio (usually 2 technicians to 1 client).
- Collect data to monitor progress.
- Provide regular written and verbal progress reports on treatment goals.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards set by the Blue Sprig clinical team.
- Maintain appropriate social distancing, safety and hygiene practices both on and off the job; PPE and caregiver communication tools provided.
- Communicate clearly and effectively—both orally and written—to clients, families, and colleagues.
- Attend meetings, trainings and workshops to further knowledge.
- Availability:
All day, Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑6 PM. - Pay: $20‑$24 per hour (based on experience) for billable hours as an RBT.
- Once you have completed training but before completing RBT certification, you will receive 14 per billable client hour; for BT training and admin time you will receive 14 per non‑billable hour.
