Planning Analyst | Planning Day Shift

Job Description:

Overview Responsible for conducting comprehensive data and market analyses using internal and external quantitative and qualitative data. Provides staff support for strategic and business planning efforts and serves as a key resource for executive administration and management personnel at all levels to meet their information needs.

Access, organize, and maintain substantial amounts of data and information from a variety of sources. Merge and utilize data across multiple applications to ensure accuracy and usability. Analyze data to generate actionable insights and synthesize information into clear presentation materials. Support strategic planning and business planning initiatives with timely, accurate, and relevant data. Serve as a resource to management and executive leadership, translating complex data into understandable and actionable information.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of healthcare industry experience with a bachelor’s degree, or Minimum of 1 year of healthcare industry experience with a master’s degree.

Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects and adapt to shifting priorities. Exceptional responsiveness to the information needs of key stakeholders. Proficiency in spreadsheet, graphics/presentation, and database software. Knowledge of and experience in academic health centers preferred. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation:
Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a non‑frequent driver.

A frequent driver is defined as one who uses his/her personal or company vehicle:
At least once daily, At least five individual trips per week, or Drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of job duties. Please indicate the appropriate operator designation on the Request for Personnel (RFP) form when submitting to post the position.
