Mental Health Therapist (Licensed/Unlicensed) at Elite DNA Behavioral Health is hiring. Elite DNA Behavioral Health is a physician-run telepsychiatry provider delivering quality therapy and psychiatric services for children, adolescents, and adults. Open to Licensed and Unlicensed/Master Level Therapists with supervision for licensure offered. This role is a Full-Time or Part-Time opening in our Gainesville, FL location.

• Assist in developing and implementing clinical procedures and guidelines, as needed
• Actively participate in staff meetings and case presentations
• Assist in supervising Care Coordinators during initial intakes
• Provide supervision and consultation to staff and student interns, as appropriate
• Provide patient-centered therapy interventions with an emphasis on patient involvement as part of the treatment team
• Document patient screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress, and referral information in the electronic medical record and complete documentation within required timelines
• Assist in advocating for patients  access to community resources
• Collaboratively develop treatment plans with input from the patient, families, treatment team, and other agencies as appropriate
• Coordinate and communicate with the treatment team to provide comprehensive care
• Utilize multiple modalities (group, individual, and family therapy) to help patients meet identified goals
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity in assessment and treatment
• Respect the inherent dignity and worth of patients
• Monitor patient progress toward goals, address termination/discharge issues, and provide outside referrals at discharge when appropriate
• Work effectively both independently and in a team, prioritizing workload according to workflow demands

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree
• Licensure/Designation: RCSWI → LCSW; RMHCI → LMHC; RMFTI → LMFT; open to unlicensed/master-level therapists (supervision for licensure offered)
• Experience with children is preferred
• Ability to work in hybrid/remote/in-office settings
• Supervision for interns or staff as appropriate
