Operating Room Circulating Nurse/OR Manager
We are seeking a full-time OR Supervisor – Aesthetic Plastic Surgery to oversee daily clinical operations in a luxurious, patient-centered environment.
- Lead and support nursing staff, surgical techs, and assistants, ensuring seamless patient care from pre‑op to post‑op.
- Coordinate surgical schedules, staff assignments, and maintain regulatory compliance (QUAD A, OSHA, HIPAA).
- Manage inventory, participate in patient assessments, and collaborate on policies and quality initiatives.
- Require active RN license in Florida, BLS/ACLS certifications, 3+ years OR circulating experience (preferably in plastic surgery), and leadership experience.
- Ideal candidates possess strong communication, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor with a patient‑service focus.
