Activities Asst/LPN
-Elder Care - Full-Time - Days
Assists in delivering services to adults with Alzheimer’s Disease or severe memory impairment in a Model Day Care setting. Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position.
Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Florida.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience as an LPN (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with the elderly (preferred); experience with memory impairment patients (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to follow instructions.
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
- Motor Vehicle Operator Designation:
