The Case Manager provides psychosocial evaluation, treatment planning, coordination of discharge and follow up services, and patient/family education. Responsible for assuring compliance with Florida Mental Health Law, AHCA and JCAHO standards. Provides individual, group and family therapy services to inpatients and outpatients as required. Assists with utilization review functions as required. Contributes to the maintenance of the therapeutic milieu and works collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Contributes to the education of students as required.

Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position:
Qualifications Education/ExperienceRequired:
Masters degree in social work (MSW) or other related field from accredited university.
Preferred:
Post graduate experience in psychiatric treatment preferred.
Required:
Must be eligible for licensure.
Preferred:
Florida Licensure as a clinical social worker, mental health counselor, or marriage and family therapist.
