IT Generalist I

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
• Assist with identity and access management.
• Support technology needs for online multimedia testing and learning environments.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Assist with basic networking and system maintenance tasks.
• Support staff in resolving technical issues and queries related to software systems and office equipment.
• Oversee upkeep and tracking of technical hardware including laptops, audiovisual equipment, and other office equipment.
• Provide support for website design and maintenance.
• Provide support for data management, ticketing, and automation within the Biotility CRM system (Hub Spot).
• Collaborate with other staff/departments to identify, implement, and maintain appropriate technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting various hardware and software issues.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, such as Canvas.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, such as Hub Spot.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
