Senior Trial Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in Madison, WI, requiring relocation with our financial relocation assistance. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas. You will handle and win multi-million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks.

Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory compliance.

Draft motions, briefs, take depositions, conduct oral arguments, negotiate settlements, and try cases.

• JD with experience in litigation and risk mitigation
• Proficiency in drafting motions & briefs, deposition work, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial work
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus
• Strong academic and professional background
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
• COVID‑19 vaccination required
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
