• Lead revenue growth strategy for aviation, real estate, general aviation, and rental car operations.
• Develop, implement, and forecast concession development plans and general aviation/real estate strategies.
• Oversee lease negotiations, contract compliance, and amendments for tenants and airport users.
• Prepare financial performance reports, amortization schedules, and cost‑benefit analyses for the Aviation Department.
• Represent the Aviation Department to stakeholders, promote airport business development, and manage relationships with county agencies.
• Manage a staff of approximately 13, including assistant Enterprise Director, senior business development manager, airport property managers, and rental car manager.
• Maintain the Business Division website and public information communications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 6 years progressively responsible experience in business and financial planning, including 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Florida E‑Class driver’s license and airport security/badging and airfield driving privileges.
• Strong financial acumen, strategic mindset, and effective communication skills.

• Graduate degree in related field.
• 10+ years progressive aviation‑related commercial or business development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of modern airport financial management principles.

Sedentary work with occasional walking or standing, and regular keyboard operations.
