The Project Manager (PM) at PHOS is often the “face of PHOS” for many clients. They are the first person to be introduced post-sale and the consistent voice that a client hears from throughout a project. You might say that PHOS’s Project Manager is the most skilled person in communication and attention to detail on our team

The Project Manager is a leader in client relationships. They position PHOS as a partner, communicating frequently, clearly, and with a balance between listening and leading. They will have intimate knowledge of each client’s organization, goals, and timelines. Our clients should view the Project Manager as a trusted advisor.

The Project Manager is also a leader in meetings. They are the first to arrive and the most prepared at every meeting. They create clarity when there is none and know how to draw out the right information to create the most productive next steps. They practice exemplary communication and project management so that the client consistently feels that they are taken care of and nothing is falling through the cracks.

They are willing to say hard things to clients to ensure that they and our team can always be moving forward.
