Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client in Newberry, FL actively looking for Assemblers. You will be working in a production environment assembling parts into more complex components. Let's get to work. Temporary with the possibility of permanent Newberry, FL

Schedule:

FT, M-F, 2pm - 10:30pm Pay rate: $14/hr DOE Please email resumes to Rose Crane -

• Assemble components of a product or an entire product
• Read and comprehend detailed instructions
• Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components
• Assemble components using power and hand tools or other equipment
• Use schematics, blueprints, wiring lists and instructions to assemble/modify units
• Collect material and equipment needed
• Ensure tools are in proper working order
• Conduct basic electrical testing
• Assist and support others as needed
• Maintain clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Assembly experience highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent such as a GED highly preferred
• Manufacturing experience
• Soldering and Welding experience
• Knowledge of advanced electrical testing
• Highly detail oriented
• Willingness to listen and follow direct orders
• Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
