• Operate CNC machines with minimal assistance.
• Work from written instructions (Work Instructions).
• Adjust offsets to maintain dimensional integrity.
• Inspect own work with minimal assistance.
• Meet production standards and quality expectations.
• Document results accurately.
• Follow GMP procedures applicable to job duties.
• Follow all departmental SOPs, report deviations to team leader.
• Comply with department safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and apply the Quality System and relevant standards.
• Support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong math skills.
• Use basic inspection tools (calipers, mics, etc.).
• Some manufacturing experience.

Technical Skills: Attention to detail.
