Production Painter

Description: Spherion Gainesville FL has a client looking for a Production Painter to join their team as soon as possible. This opportunity is a temporary position, lasting 4-6 weeks. Let's get to work! Gainesville, FL

Schedule: FT, M-Th 6am - 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $14/hr

• Paint and finish products according to specifications and customer expectations
• Mix chemicals to prepare solutions for cleaning, painting or other work, according to specifications as applicable
• Assist in maintaining inventories of materials and supplies within the area necessary to meet production demands when needed
• Follow safety regulations and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Meet deadlines and production goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a production painting environment
• Able to wear a supplied air respirator and/or other respirator upon assignment of duties and material utilized
• High School

• Able to stand and reach while working
• Able to lift up to 50lbs. throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
