Full Time, able to work 1st shift, 2nd shift and 3rd shift hours.
Responsibilities- Must be able to read blueprints and have a basic understanding of the HVAC duct systems
- Ability to manage time and production effectively following directions from supervisors
- Must have the ability to install and work with all the different sheet metal materials used in the trade
- Must have all required tools to perform the job
- Lead and teach apprentices ensuring they are working safely within the company guidelines and policies.
- Skilled in the use of hands and tools used in the sheet metal trade
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as needed
- Minimum of one (1) year of commercial sheet metal mechanic experience
- Must be able to understand 3D plans, drawings and layouts.
- Must be able to climb and balance on ladders, stand or sit for long periods at a time, must not have a fear of heights, among others
- Must be able to pass regular drug testing and be open to background checks
