We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven experienced 3pm-11pm Supervisor RN (Registered Nurse) to join our ever-growing team!

- Oversee and supervise the nursing staff.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to ensure quality care delivery.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician orders.
- Ensure resident safety and well-being throughout the weekend.
- Document care accurately and comprehensively according to company policies and regulations.
- Respond to resident and family concerns, promoting open communication and a positive experience.
- An active RN license in the state of Florida (required).
- Current CPR certification (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing care setting (preferred).
- Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
Registered Nurse current state license in Florida
- One (1) year related nursing experience preferred
- Must have a current/active CPR certification.
