• Oversee and supervise the nursing staff.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to ensure quality care delivery.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician orders.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being throughout the weekend.
• Document care accurately and comprehensively according to company policies and regulations.
• Respond to resident and family concerns, promoting open communication and a positive experience.

• An active RN license in the state of Florida (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing care setting (preferred).
• Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.

Registered Nurse current state license in Florida

• One (1) year related nursing experience preferred
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
