Compensation: $30.69 – $43.20/hr (based on experience)
2 years: $30.69/hr
5 years: $33.71/hr
17 years: $43.20/hr
Differentials: +$4.25/hr (Nights) | +$3.00/hr (Weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Days) | $25,000 (Nights)
Relocation: $2,500–$5,000 (must be 100+ miles away)
We are hiring an RN Renal Vascular Nurse in Gainesville, FL. This 45-bed unit supports patients with renal and vascular conditions in a fast-paced environment with a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Nurses here play a vital role in providing patient-centered care with the support of a collaborative team.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to renal and vascular patients.
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care.
Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and recovery.
Support hospital-wide initiatives for safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.
Active Florida or Compact RN license.
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Med-Surg, Tele, IMU, PCU accepted).
Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
BLS required before start; NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days; ACLS within 6 months.
