We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Neurology Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading acute care healthcare facility. The RN will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered neurological care while collaborating closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. This role emphasizes patient advocacy, clinical excellence, and adherence to established standards of nursing practice.

• Assess patients’ neurological and overall health status upon admission and throughout each shift.
• Identify, report, and document any changes in patient condition in a timely manner.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Perform nursing procedures and provide bedside care in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols.

• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (home health, LTAC, skilled nursing, outpatient rehab, or corrections acceptable).
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.

• Shift Differentials:
• Night: $4.25/hr
• Weekend: $3.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus:
• Days: $5,000
• Nights: $10,000

Salary: $68,000.00-$88,000.00
