Registered Nurse (RN) – Renal Vascular Unit – Gainesville, FL

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Shifts Available: Days (7 AM–7 PM) | Nights (7 PM–7 AM)
• Pay Range (Annualized): $63,835 – $89,856/year
• Equivalent to $30.69–$43.20/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: Nights +$4.25/hr | Weekends +$3/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days | $20,000 Nights
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)

A large acute-care facility in the Gainesville area is seeking a Renal Vascular RN to join a fast-paced 45-bed medical-surgical floor caring for adults with renal disease, vascular conditions, and complex medical needs. This unit operates with a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
, requiring strong clinical judgment, prioritization, and comfort in high-volume settings.

• Provide assessments, medication administration, care planning, and documentation

• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

• Support patient education and discharge planning

• Maintain safety, quality, and consistent workflow

• Deliver care efficiently with strong time management

• Active Florida or Compact RN license

• 1+ year of RN experience; LTAC, rehab, corrections, skilled nursing acceptable

• ADN or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)

• BLS required; NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days

• Hourly pay plus night/weekend differentials

• Sign-on: $10k Days | $20k Nights
