Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full Time, 7 PM – 7 AM

Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses direct the function of our nursing staff. RNs and LPNs effectively communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other care staff to ensure the optimal wellbeing of the resident. RNs administer professional nursing services, including medication administration, resident care planning, monitoring for medication effects, and providing routine and non-emergent care to residents.

• Completion of a nursing program at an accredited school of nursing.
• At least one year of experience in nursing care in a similar setting is preferred.
• Possession of a current Florida nursing license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively to staff, residents, families, and community members.
• Effective supervisory skills with the ability to participate in clinical and administrative decision making based on established policies and procedures.
• Empathetic, energetic and affectionate toward working with a diverse senior population.
• Completion of and passing a Level II Background Check and Drug Screening.
