- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days)
- Current CPR certification with hands‑on component—Aveanna can provide assistance after hire if necessary
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation
