Role Overview

This position is for a Neurology Registered Nurse supporting adult patients with neurological conditions. The RN provides high-quality, patient-centered bedside care while working closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
You will follow established nursing practices to assess, treat, educate, and advocate for patients throughout their hospital stay.
Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission and throughout each shift
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes promptly
• Administer medications and monitor patient response
• Perform ordered procedures and document care accurately
• Respond quickly to patient needs and requests
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and follow-up care
• Communicate clearly using patient-friendly language

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience required
• Experience accepted from:
  • Home Health
  • LTAC
  • Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Outpatient Rehab
  • Corrections
• Acute care experience is NOT required
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
• BSN preferred
• Active Florida RN license or compact multistate RN license
• Compact nurses must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating
• BLS required within 30 days of start

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range:

• $30.69/hr - 2 years experience
• $33.71/hr - 5 years experience
• Up to $43.20/hr - 17+ years experience

Shift Differentials:

• Nights: $4.25/hr
• Weekends: $3.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus

• Days: $5,000
• Nights: $10,000

• Available case by case
