Coordinator Clinical Programs | Renal Transplant | Full Time | Days

Responsible for coordinating and maintaining continuity of patient care for renal transplant patients, ensuring efficient support for staff and other healthcare professionals. Duties include identifying patient health changes, assessing responses to treatment protocols, communicating critical data to physician staff, implementing nursing interventions as per established protocols, and anticipating outcomes for patients at risk of complications. Must assess patient status, interpret relevant information, and provide care tailored to each patient's age‑specific needs and transplanted organ(s).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited 4‑year nursing program (BSN).
• Current R.N. license in the State of Florida; R.N.P. or R.N. acceptable.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, including at least 2 years in medical/surgical settings with transplant patients.
• Experience or knowledge in transplant immunology, surgical technical aspects, interpretation of diagnostic/laboratory data, and clinical management of transplant patients preferred.
• ASN candidates in the process of obtaining BSN considered.
• Background in critical care or transplantation preferred.
• Motor Vehicle Operator – will operate vehicles for business purpose as a non‑frequent driver; appropriate licensure required.
