Overview

Associate Veterinarian (Part-Time – Weekend Coverage) – Hilltop Family Vet, Alachua, FL. You’d do anything for your family — and so would we. Hilltop Family Vet is a full-service veterinary hospital with a collaborative team of three DVMs supported by skilled technicians and assistants. We are seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to anchor our weekend schedule, ideally Saturdays, with opportunities to add Fridays or Sundays if desired.

We value collaboration, clear communication, and a low-drama environment where every voice matters and every case is a team effort. Nestled in the welcoming town of Alachua, FL, our clinic combines modern facilities with a warm, community-oriented culture.

Why You’ll Love Being Part of the Hilltop Crew
  • A fully equipped, modern facility that lets you focus on medicine (not machinery mishaps).
  • A kind-hearted, drama-free team with supportive colleagues and plenty of laughter.
  • A loyal client base that trusts us with their pets.
  • A community that blends small-town charm with the energy of nearby Gainesville.

  • Guide pet parents through wellness, treatment plans, and end-of-life decisions with empathy and clarity.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate medical records.
