Minimum Requirements:

• Crop Management:
  Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops using modern farming techniques.
• Maintenance Assistance:
  Assisting with the upkeep of fields and facilities.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance:
  Operating and maintaining various equipment (e.g., tractors, irrigation, mowers) for research plots.
• Pesticide & Fertilizer Management:
  Involved in the application of pesticides and fertilizers to maintain cropli>
• Transportation & Vehicle Operation:
  Driving vehicles for tasks like transporting materials, purchasing parts, and attending training sessions.
• Cleaning & Lubrication:
  Cleaning and lubricating vehicles, machinery, and work areas using tools and equipment.

Expected Salary: $17.00 hourly; commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications: None.
