We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Manager to join our team in Gainesville, Florida
. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our products consistently exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 and 14001-certified QMS/EMS.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Develop and update quality and environmental policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external audits and certifications.
- Address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.
- Implement root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee inspection and testing processes to ensure product conformity.
- Lead and mentor the quality team.
- Provide training on quality and environmental standards and best practices to staff.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards throughout the supply chain.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards and certification processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
Experience With Lean Manufacturing Or Six Sigma Methodologies Preferred EducationBachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
