We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Manager to join our team in Gainesville, Florida
. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our products consistently exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 and 14001-certified QMS/EMS.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Develop and update quality and environmental policies, procedures, and documentation.

• Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external audits and certifications.
• Address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.
• Implement root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inspection and testing processes to ensure product conformity.

• Lead and mentor the quality team.
• Provide training on quality and environmental standards and best practices to staff.

• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards throughout the supply chain.

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.

In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards and certification processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
