• Property leasing and administration
• Regular onsite attendance
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease
• Close the sale: make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up as needed
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turnover processes
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours
• Use established sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and meet or exceed leasing goals
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed
• Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs
• Contribute to the general upkeep of the office, common areas, and model
• Marketing & Outreach: assist in annual marketing plan outreach; review market surveys and maintain knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations; monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness; project a positive image of the community
• Enforce community policies as directed by supervision

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

• Regularly move about to accomplish tasks and communicate with others; repetitive motions
• Climb ladders, stairs, and other structures; operate in varied environments; ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally work overtime, weekends, and night hours; tolerate extreme temperatures and outdoor conditions
