Leasing Consultant at Asset Living

Responsibilities- Property leasing and administration
- Regular onsite attendance
- Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease
- Close the sale: make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up as needed
- Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in
- Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turnover processes
- Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours
- Use established sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and meet or exceed leasing goals
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
- Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs
- Contribute to the general upkeep of the office, common areas, and model
- Marketing & Outreach: assist in annual marketing plan outreach; review market surveys and maintain knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions
- Provide excellent customer and resident relations; monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness; project a positive image of the community
- Enforce community policies as directed by supervision
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Regularly move about to accomplish tasks and communicate with others; repetitive motions
- Climb ladders, stairs, and other structures; operate in varied environments; ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally work overtime, weekends, and night hours; tolerate extreme temperatures and outdoor conditions
- Salary: $18 per hour
