Let us help you find your next great work opportunity. We are currently hiring a part-time Experienced Leasing Consultant for a fantastic property with an immediate opening.
We’re looking for someone with apartment industry experience who brings professionalism, a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. Immediate employment opportunities are available.
This position is approximately 24 hours per week
. Working Mondays is required
, and the schedule includes Monday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
, with rotating Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
.

Your RoleAs a Leasing Consultant, you will assist with leasing apartment homes to prospective residents by marketing the community, preparing lease documents, and screening applicants to ensure qualification.
What You Will Do- Greet and qualify prospective residents, determining their needs and preferences
- Inspect model and made-ready units daily to ensure they meet community standards
- Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager
- Maintain awareness of local sub-market conditions and trends and make recommendations to improve leasing and resident satisfaction
- Complete lease applications, process verifications, and notify applicants of results
- Assist the Community Manager and Assistant Manager with daily and weekly reports, market surveys, and related tasks
- Walk and inspect the community daily to ensure appearance and physical standards are met and report findings to management
- One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships across teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
- Positive, self-starter mindset with pride in achieving results
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for marketing and job duties
