Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe is known for its warm hospitality, fresh ingredients, and wholesome menu. Our culinary expertise lies in Mediterranean fare and inspired cuisine infused with a Southern twist. At Taziki's, we make all our dishes from scratch daily, without the use of fryers or microwaves.
With over 100 stores across 14 states and continuous expansion plans, Taziki's is a rapidly growing brand. Café Freska LLC, a Taziki’s Franchisee for North Florida, operates 5 locations and has ambitious plans to open 9+ more restaurants in the region. We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable team-oriented leader with a passion for food to represent our brand. As a Shift Leader, you will connect the dots between operating costs, staff skills, and guest satisfaction to drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities- Successfully complete 4-6 weeks of training.
- Drive sales growth and profits for the restaurant and catering.
- Manage shifts and ensure floor control.
- Develop hourly employees, fostering motivation, training, and personal and professional growth.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of upper management experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Serv Safe Certification Required.
- Excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to attract, train, retain, and motivate quality employees.
- Basic knowledge of PC functions.
- Maintain a positive, clean, safe atmosphere and environment for both guests and coworkers.
- Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, establishment, and the brand.
- Strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceed our guests’ expectations 100% of the time.
- Position requires the ability to tolerate walking and standing during the entire shift.
- Must be capable of reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying, with a minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds to chin level without injury.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage staff and handle adversity.
- Exercises good judgment when dealing with customer situations, complaints, and takes corrective action when necessary.
