As a Grill Cook, you will create fresh, delicious food and provide memorable dining experiences. You will prepare quality ingredients, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively in a fast‑paced setting.

• Set up and stock stations
• Handle and cook food products minimizing waste
• Master menu and product knowledge
• Maintain hygiene and appearance standards
• Accurately prepare fresh food items
• Manage orders efficiently
• Uphold Health Department Standards
• Keep kitchen area clean and organized with urgency

Desired skills: passion, work ethic, ability to operate kitchen equipment, good communication, Food Handler's card. Preferred: experience with char‑grills, flat‑top grills, knife handling, time management.

Work in a typical restaurant kitchen using equipment such as flattop and char grills, ovens, slicers, knives, mixers, and food processors. Hours may vary: early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, stoop, twist, lift up to 50 lbs to chest height. Speed and accuracy are essential.
