This position is for a new store expected to open 5/6/2025. Interviews will start 4/1/2025 with expected training to start 4/15/2025. This position requires you be at least 18 yrs old.

Little Caesars, America’s best value in pizza, is seeking enthusiastic Assistant Managers to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. As an assistant manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each guest receives their perfect pizza, the way they want it, when they want it, with a smile every time while helping to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and smoothly.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by assisting guests at the front counter and resolving guest complaints
• Execute and support all food safety requirements and practice
• Manage and lead employees during shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), and providing feedback and training.
• Perform open and closing procedures for the store
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash
• Effectively position the team and support appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, and safety procedures
• Ensure all security procedures are executed properly (safe procedures, open/close procedures, etc.)
• Manage and organize the line and delegate duties to team members
• Know and uphold standards for product quality
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and knowledge of in-store promotions
• Complete additional e-learning as required
• Work in various other roles within the restaurant

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Leadership experience in QSR
