Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T0687) rting hourly rate: $15.50 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve needs, be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services, and assist with returns following Target policies.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, maintain food safety standards, and minimize guest wait time while ensuring accuracy.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and fulfillment services; assist guests with Wallet, Target App features, and enrollment into services as needed.
• Support OPU, Drive Up, and Registry guests; maintain a clean work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Maintain safety, comply with policies, and de-escalate situations when necessary.
• Assist with cash office processes as needed and manage cash systems.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Open to flexible work hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.

• Effective communication, customer service orientation, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn about products, services, and store operations; ability to operate handheld devices and scanners; capable of independent work and teamwork.
• Accurate cash handling and ability to support cash office operations as needed.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally; ability to stand and be mobile for scheduled shifts.
