Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet membership goals. Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, following steel compliance guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.

Fulfills member fax and click & pull orders by reviewing orders, picking items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items ensuring accuracy and secure travel to members, following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet member needs. Completes work assignments by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to change.

Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting company products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy, respecting individual differences, working as a team, communicating with impact, strengthening the team, acting with integrity, serving customers and members with results, and striving for excellence.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
