Job Summary
:
The Donation Center Attendant (DCA) works in Goodwill Donation Centers delivering excellent customer service to every donor. The DCA greets each donor, removes the donations from the donor’s vehicle, offers each donor a receipt, and thanks the donor for donating.

• High School or GED (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years prior retail sales/customer service experience (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License

• Ensures excellent customer/donor relations by maintaining the highest standards of customer service as outlined by the customer service manual (100%).
• Provides an exceptional customer service experience through proactive engagement, ensuring satisfaction in every interaction.
• Greets donors and receives merchandise, providing the donor with a receipt if desired.
• Completes housekeeping tasks to keep a clean, safe, and friendly work area and identifies supply needs.
• May be required to travel to other donation centers on an as-needed basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
